The delivery

Delay

For any order placed on the Site, preparation times may vary from 24 to 48 working hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

The deadlines can be lengthened during strong commercial activities.
The delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days in Metropolitan France and 5 to 7 working days for overseas departments and territories, Euro Zone, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

To these deadlines is added the preparation time of the order (24 hours).

 

Delivery zones

Free delivery in France (home delivery, relay point or post office).

The delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and depend on his country of delivery.
They will be specified to the Customer on the summary page of his order.

Standard home delivery Metropolitan France and Corsica: Free Standard
Relay point standard delivery in mainland France and Corsica: Free
Express delivery to mainland France and Corsica: € 15

Standard delivery in Europe zone: 15 €
Express delivery to Europe zone: 25 €

Dom-Tom delivery: 35 €

International zone delivery: 35 €

 

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order from the online store to return all or part of your purchases at your expense for an exchange or refund, if they do not suit you. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition (they must not have been worn or washed) and include the labels.

 

Exchanges

Exchange requests can only relate to a size exchange when the requested size is available on our Site.

For any refund request, please contact our customer service at the following address eshop@sacrecoeurcollection.com, who will send you the return form to return with your package.

The Customer must return the Products at his expense within 14 days of receipt of the Products ordered on the Site. Only Products returned in perfect condition for resale, unworn (excluding brief fitting to ensure that the Product is suitable for the Customer), labeled, unwashed and in their original packaging and packaging or in packaging ensuring a equivalent protection of the Product, at the following address:

We will do our best to return the requested size as soon as possible.

Any request that has not followed our procedure will be refused.

Our advisers will contact you for the reshipment of your package. Any exchange request made after the fourteen (14) day deadline will be rejected.

Under no circumstances may the Products be exchanged in store.

 

Make a refund request

For any refund request, please contact our customer service at the following address eshop@sacrecoeurcollection.com,
who will send you the refund form to return with your package.

The refund procedure will be activated upon receipt of your package.
Reimbursement of returned items will be effective within 2 to 14 days of receipt of the item (s) and on the payment method used when ordering.
